Nancy Kellogg – Nancy Kellogg is a Program Associate in the Buildings Program at the Southwest EnergyEfficiency Project (SWEEP). Encouraging the building industry towards Zero Energy (ZE)and High-Performance building. She became a RESNET Certified Rater in 1997, pioneering energy ratings into the existing home market and ENERGY STAR testing and inspections for new homes. She furthered her building science knowledge in 2008, becoming a Building Performance Institute (BPI) Building Analyst and Level IThermographer, conducting energy ratings and audits. As Senior Home Performance Advisor and Existing Homes Manager, she worked on Xcel Energy’s Home Performance with ENERGY STAR and Loveland Water and Power’s Home Energy Efficiency programs. In these roles, she evaluated program metrics, managed client interactions and expectations, and developed processes and auditor tools including field sheets, report templates, and cost savings estimating tools. In her Energy Advisor role, she motivated homeowners to action through explanation of rebates, evaluation of bids, interpretation of reports, prioritization of appropriate improvements and ongoing phone support.
