We’ll be joined by Joel Danforth of Drive Electric Northern Colorado who’ll give us an update on what’s new with Electric Vehicles. He’ll also discuss the distributed electric vehicle charging study being performed by Platte River Power Authority (PRPA) in conjunction withe eMotorwerks.

The presentation will be held at Odell Brewing Company’s taproom at 800 E. Lincoln Avenue in Fort Collins. Doors open at 7 pm with presentation commencing at 7:30 and running through 8:30 pm.

Joel is the Distributed Energy Resources Manager for Platte River Power Authority where he works on project development and grid integration services for DERs. He has over 12 years of experience with DER research and deployment. Prior to joining Platte River, Joel worked as a Project Manager for EV Infrastructure under the DOE’s National Advanced Vehicle Testing & Evaluation program and as a Project Officer under the DOE’s American Recovery & Reinvestment Act programs in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.
