Enrico Bonilauri, Co-Founder of Emu Systems, will be joining us to present on the gap between expected performance and field data collected from a number of high performance buildings. With sensors making data collection more affordable and reliable than ever before, different metrics will be reviewed with regards to health, comfort and energy efficiency.
Emu Systems are experts in the international Passive House building standard, and they are on a mission to close the gap between advanced building science and mainstream construction by breaking down the hurdles that prevent builders from implementing high-performance measures.
The meeting format will be as follows:
– 6:30-7:00 pm – Networking and Happy Hour at Serendipity Bar (in the lobby)
– 7:00-7:15 pm – Announcements
– 7:15-8:15 pm – Presentation and Q&A
This meeting is free for CRES members ($30 introductory membership), with a $10 suggested donation from non-members
