The CEP provides information to Coloradans about energy data and policy, with a special emphasis on renewable and sustainable energy policies. To that effect, CEP compiles federal, state, and local energy laws and policies relating to wind, solar, biomass, biofuels, geothermal, and hydroelectric energy, as well as for energy efficiency and demand side management and system support (e.g., transmission and storage).

DSIRE is a comprehensive list of incentives offered by state governments, local governments, and utilities across the country, including those in Colorado. This online database is published by the North Carolina Solar Energy Center.
