Denver Tour of
Solar Homes

Home Questionnaire

<< Back to Main Tour Page ...

Thank you for your interest in having your home open for the Denver Tour of Solar Homes, or for letting us know about a home that you think would be a good candidate for the Tour.

Homes are usually open to the public from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with an extra half-hour before and after for the volunteers to familiarize themselves with the home’s features, and to help clean up.

Our goal is to select homes in as a close geographic proximity to each other as possible in order to reduce the amount of travel between sites. We strive to use only one example of a technology in a cluster of homes. We also look for a variety of house sizes and affordability. There are times when a house is a superb example of a certain technology, for example, but we cannot use it due to its location. We hope you understand.

The CRES Tour Committee has put together a brief questionnaire for you to fill out in order to be considered for the tour. As the committee determines where we have the greatest number of homes demonstrating the greatest variety of technologies within the smallest geographic area, we will then ask you to fill out a much more detailed questionnaire.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact CRES at 303-806-5317 or
info@cres-energy.org
