Energy Office Publishes Small Wind Guide for
Consumers

The Colorado Governor's Office of Energy Management
and Conservation (OEMC) recently published online the Colorado Small
Wind Applications Guide. The guide, which consists of a video and a
handout, is meant for landowners interested in harnessing wind
energy at their homes or ranches. It deals with small wind systems
with rated capacities of 35 kilowatts (kW) to 300 kW. You can see it
