Legislature Passes, Governor Signs, Two Biofuels

Colorado Governor Bill Owens signed two bills
on March 31 that require the use of biofuels in state facilities and
vehicles. Senate Bill (SB) 06-003 encourages use of as agriculture
residues and urban wood waste for heating state buildings. SB-06-016
requires biodiesel produced by Colorado's agriculture industry to be
used for a portion of Colorado's state-owned diesel vehicles
