NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERSHIP
In accordance with Article IX, Section 3 of the Bylaws, please be advised that the annual meeting of the Colorado Renewable Energy Society will be held on February 23, 2008, at Cableland Mansion, 4150 Shangri-La Drive (just northeast of Colorado Blvd. and Alameda Ave.) in Denver, Colorado, beginning at 6 p.m. The members will be asked to approve and ratify Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation as well as amended Bylaws of the corporation. Copies of both documents are available below or by requesting a copy via mail from the corporation’s Executive Director, Sheila Townsend at 4795 Easley Road, Golden, CO 80401.
